What are you buying?
One 72-page digital H0 model railway handbook in your selected language, including eight worksheets within the book. It covers Märklin K-rail, C-rail and two-rail, layout design and automatic operation. The track selector changes the sample; the full book covers all three systems. Each language is a separate product. The displayed price is €14.95 including applicable VAT, paid once, with no subscription or shipping fees. The final total is shown before payment.
This is a PDF, not a printed book, software licence or personalised layout design. You need a standard PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer, and internet access to order and download. Check the free sample before buying. Manufacturer software and hardware are not included. There is no promise of periodic new editions or individual technical support.
Ordering, payment and delivery
Orders and payments are handled through Payhip and the payment services offered there. Check the language, product, email address and total before paying. Payment methods shown at checkout may vary by country. After successful payment, the download page appears and Payhip sends an order email with the download link. Keep that email and your own copy of the PDF.
Each file allows five download attempts. This does not limit statutory rights: contact us if a technical problem occurs or attempts are exhausted. Your email is stamped into the PDF as a buyer identifier. The publication is for personal use; redistribution or resale of the files is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
Problems, legal rights and complaints
If a file is missing, fails to open or does not match its description, email info@auronetix.io with the order number, language and a short description. Do not send bank or card details. We will first seek appropriate delivery or correction. Your statutory rights to conforming digital content, necessary updates and any applicable price reduction or termination remain unaffected by download limits or buyer stamps.
Send complaints to the same email or correspondence address. We aim to provide a substantive reply within 14 days and will inform you if investigation takes longer. You may also contact the competent courts or, for a cross-border EU consumer purchase, the European Consumer Centre. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
Cooling-off period and withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from this online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded. Notify us with an unequivocal statement before the deadline, using the button below, email to info@auronetix.io or a letter to the address above. You may use the model form, but it is not compulsory.
For digital content, withdrawal rights can end only if you expressly agree in advance to supply during the cooling-off period, acknowledge the resulting loss of the right, and receive the required confirmation. Downloading alone or accepting general terms is insufficient. We do not rely on this exception without evidence of valid consent and confirmation. Rights concerning defective content remain intact.
For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse all payments received for the withdrawn purchase within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No reimbursement fee is charged. After withdrawal, stop using and sharing the digital content.
The online form asks for your name, order identification and the email address for your receipt. Check the details and confirm in the separate second step. Keep the email copy. If it does not arrive, check spam and contact us; a missing receipt does not invalidate a withdrawal received in time.

Privacy
Who is responsible?
Sjouke Jorna, contactable using the business details above, is responsible for personal data used by SpoorSlim for sales, support and handling requests. This notice covers the SpoorSlim website and our handling of customer data. Payhip, Google and payment services also have their own privacy notices for their services.
Data, purposes and legal bases
We process your name, email, order number, product/language, purchase date, amount, payment status and address/VAT details needed for invoicing to fulfil your order and maintain records. For support, complaints, privacy requests or withdrawal we process the information you provide, correspondence, declaration and receipt time. Do not send identity documents or full card details in an ordinary message. Payment services handle payments; SpoorSlim does not receive full card details.
The bases are performance of the contract for delivery and support, legal obligations for records and consumer rights, and legitimate interests in security and handling or substantiating disputes. Where consent is required for optional marketing, it is requested separately. Buying or withdrawing does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Website, cookies and buyer stamp
This website stores your language preference in your browser’s local storage; you can clear it in browser settings. SpoorSlim has not added advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses and logs to deliver and secure the site. External services have their own cookie policies. Payhip manages checkout, orders and downloads and adds your email as a buyer stamp to discourage unauthorised sharing.
Recipients and international processing
The website uses ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI hosting and its hosting infrastructure. Payhip provides the shop, delivery and order management; Stripe or PayPal and payment methods they offer process payments. Email and the withdrawal form use Google services. Data is used as needed for these functions. Administrative service providers or competent authorities may also receive data where needed for records or a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data. Providers may process data outside the EEA; their privacy notices explain locations, applicable safeguards and how to request further information.
Retention
We keep order and invoice records for applicable tax periods: generally seven years in the Netherlands, or ten years for records subject to OSS rules. Payhip states that it retains transaction data for ten years for EU digital VAT purposes. Support and withdrawal correspondence is kept for handling the matter and afterwards only for a specific legal obligation or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Other data is deleted or anonymised when its purpose ends. A local language preference remains until cleared or overwritten. Providers specify their own retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Legal retention duties may prevent some requests being granted. Contact info@auronetix.io. We normally respond to a privacy request within one month and may verify your identity proportionately. SpoorSlim does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the data protection authority in your country.
